This adaptive reuse project reimagines a supportive housing model for 24 transition-aged youth as a series of neighborhoods where intimate, yet light-filled private rooms are organized around thoughtfully scaled gathering spaces and shared support programs. Larger communal spaces for dining and outdoor recreation are integrated within the 14,000 sf site, which also accommodates locations for providing sensitive wrap-around and therapeutic services.
