A 14-unit condominium project proposed for a newly-densifying mid-city site. The resilient, manipulable building envelope allows opportunities for light and air to flow throughout the building while increasing a sense of separation between units. The irregularities in the surface of the building facade maximize the perimeter edge and reorient windows and balconies to provide for privacy and interiority within this urban complex.
